What age groups do you work with?

I work with youth athletes from U9 through to U21, tailoring every session to the appropriate developmental stage and individual needs.

How often should my child train?

This depends on their current training load and goals. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss the optimal frequency based on their schedule and objectives.

What should my child bring to a session?

Athletes should wear appropriate sportswear and trainers, and bring water. For outdoor sessions, please dress for the weather conditions.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes — 5-session blocks receive 5% off and 10-session blocks receive 10% off. Please get in touch to discuss the best option for you.

Where do sessions take place?

Our primary location is Advance Performance Lab in Guildford.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged at the full rate.

Do you have appropriate safeguarding qualifications and background checks?

Yes, I hold a valid DBS and have completed recognised FA safeguarding training, ensuring that I can provide a safe, supportive, and professional environment for all athletes.
